A vital part of the 2026 PNW AER Spring Conference, The Kaleidoscope of Collaboration, is our vendors. We expect over 150 vision professionals from across the state, marking our largest conference since our inception. We will implement a vendor passport to encourage attendees to visit all vendor booths. When an attendee fills up their passport card, they can submit it for a raffle prize.

Vendor/Exhibit Hall Information
Our dedicated exhibit hall hours for conference attendees to explore vendor booths is Friday, March 20, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Set-up for vendor booths is Thursday, March 19, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm or Friday, March 20, 7:00 am.
Vendors will receive (one) linen, skirted 8’x24″table, and additional tables may be available upon request for an additional fee.
To become a vendor at this year’s conference, please register using the conference and vendor registration form (coming soon!).
Vendor registration will be reviewed upon receipt. PNW AER reserves the right to deny any vendors that may not be aligned or suitable to the mission of PNW AER and the conference attendees. Notification of any concerns with vendor registration will be communicated through the contact information provided on conference and vendor registration form.
